June 2003 - July 2009In charge of the strategic business development as a Vice President at WHI including sitting on the management committee. We took this company from $2 Million a year to over $26 Million a year in a 6 year span. I was responsible for landing accounts with ACDelco/General Motors, Advance Auto, Volvo Mack Trucks and US Auto Force among other big wins that drove our earnings. During this time I worked very closely with our IT department to shape the products that were sold and to coach our people on proper implementation, support and overall IT strategy.

January 2001 - June 2003Helped shape the information services of this company including designing their electronic catalog database when WHI purchased Profit Pro, Inc. I was responsible for moving all of the technical and operational knowledge from the old company to the new including helping the new strategy of a .com company that needed to move to offering information services. Additionally, I performed technical sales helping to form relationships with existing and new clients, answering both their technical and their business-related questions.

October 1992 - December 2000Responsible for all IT development, database services, manufacturer services and customer support for this IT company in the automotive arena. I managed 15 to 20 programmers responsible for development of a complex retail point of sale system rolled out to 13 major retail automotive chains. I also was responsible for an electronic catalog department that over 60 data entry people and 15 to 20 IT and data support personnel. I helped move that catalog to a fully electronic update system by helping to develop industry data standards, coaching manufacturers in how to implement those standards for electronic data submittal and redesigning our database and surrounding systems to take electronic data. The resulting system fully eliminated the need for data entry and helped increase our catalog market share from roughly 10% to over 35% of the market. I also implemented a full support hep desk from the ground up including hiring, choosing phone systems and designing our overall support strategy. Customer support was also responsible for software testing under my watch. Prior to serving as COO I was a programmer and systems analyst for four years.
